Rhubarb & Custard Cake
A vanilla sponge, filled with rhubabr curd and custard. Finished with roasted rhubarb and vanilla custard.
Small - 8 portions | diameter: 6 inch
Large - 12 portions | diameter: 8 inch
Our cakes are best consumed at room temperature because they contain real butter. The butter will need time to soften before the cake is eaten. Please allow at least 6 hours between taking the cake from the fridge and serving it.
