We’re really pleased to have invested in new equipment with the support of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). The grant helped us purchase a Daub Slim dough divider, which has just been commissioned and is already helping us improve efficiency, precision and consistency in our baking. As an award-winning artisan bakery, it’s so important to us that we keep delivering the same great quality as we grow. This investment means we can keep making the handcrafted breads you love while continuing to build the future of our small, independent business.
