Moist tropical sponge cake, covered in buttercream and toasted coconut flakes, topped with a smooth pineapple compote.

Our cakes are best consumed at room temperature because they contain real butter. The butter will need time to soften before the cake is eaten. Please allow at least 6 hours between taking the cake from the fridge and serving it.
