Lemon Drizzle Cake (6" and 8")

This cake is perfect for personalisation like 'Happy Birthday!', 'Congratulations!', or 'Well done!'
 
A zesty lemon sponge, oozy lemon drizzle throughout, sandwiched with house lemon curd and soft buttercream. Please note that this cake is very lemon drizzly and juicy. It is not a dry sponge cake. 
 
Small - 8 portions | diameter: 6 inch
Large - 12 portions | diameter: 8 inch
 
A 6 inch cake is small and does not have much space for personalisation. If your message has a lot of letters, it may be written on the board where there is more space. 
 
Our cakes are best consumed at room temperature because they contain real butter. The butter will need time to soften before the cake is eaten. Please allow at least 6 hours between taking the cake from the fridge and serving it.
