Panettone (approx 1110g)
Panettone is known amongst bakers as the most difficult bread to make, we think of it as the king of bread. Tim has developed a very special sourdough starter called a “pasta madre” which is the traditional way of making Panettone. It is fed in a special way that creates a beautifully sweet flavour, an open texture and a tall domed shape.
Our Panettone is packed full of the highest quality Estate Dairy butter and lots of delicious inclusions such as organic orange & lemon peel, organic hazelnuts, and the best chocolate. Each Panettone takes us 3-4 days to make, and a huge amount of skill is required by our whole team to make sure it turns out beautifully every time.
They have a shelf life is up to 2 weeks if not opened. The Panettone's come wrapped in celephane as standard or they can be gift wrapped in a luxurious box with a satin ribbon, they are the perfect gift for Christmas and extremely delicious!
Important pickup information
For us to be able to ensure the optimum freshness of the Panettone, we have arranged for collections to be made on the following dates in December, from 11am.
- Saturday 7th December
- Saturday 14th December
- Saturday 21st December
- Tuesday 24th December
Due to the incredible demand that we experience over Christmas time, it is advisable to order yours ahead of time.
Ordering/pickup Instructions:
- Add your Panettone to the cart.
- Follow through to the Checkout to enter your customer details and select your preferred collection date.
- Come to the Bakery on your chosen pickup date, bringing your order email with you, and let one of our team know that you have pre-ordered a panettone. They will gladly ensure you have your correct product.
Candied Fruit
Ingredients: Organic Candied Fruit (Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Sultanas, Organic Corn Syrup), Wheat flour, Butter (Milk), Almonds (Nuts). Water, Sugar, Egg, Honey, Rum, Salt, Vanilla.
